Arkaya Shakti Policies

You must reschedule your appointment with minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time.  If you fail to reschedule your appointment before 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee minimum of $80.  A card will be held until time of service.  If you have a gift certificate, you are required to book online, and are held to the 24 hour cancellation policy.  A gift certificate does not opt a client out of any policy. Payments may be made via card through Square, Venmo, or Cash. No other forms of payment are allowed.  No-Shows will be charged full treatment/ appointment amount. All new clients must book online and card will be held per policy. No exemptions will be made. All sales are final. No fees are eligible to be applied for future treatments, they are not deposits. Excessive rescheduling is highly frowned upon as you are taking time away from other clients and the staff of Arkaya Shakti Wellness & Ayurveda LLC.

 

 

Arkaya Shakti Wellness & Ayurveda reserves the right to terminate service if a client is sexually inappropriate.  Male clients must wear underwear garments for all services. If this is boundary is not respected, service will be terminated.
